A typical tenant is live within four to eight weeks, depending on the number of frameworks in scope and the state of the data you bring. The scoping workshop in week one fixes the timeline.
Do we need our own technical staff?
No. Implementation is delivered by our team. You provide subject-matter input — your structure, delegations and audit universe — and we do the configuration.
What happens after go-live?
A hypercare period covers the first weeks of live use, and you hand off to standard or premium support. The configuration baseline is documented so you can roll it forward annually.
