1. Acceptable use
Access to the platform is granted only to named users authorised by their tenant's Accounting Officer. Credentials are personal — sharing of usernames, passwords, MFA tokens, or session cookies is a breach of these terms and may constitute a contravention of the Cybercrimes Act 19 of 2020.
2. Tenant ownership of data
All data uploaded by a tenant remains the property of that tenant. AuditProCore (Pty) Ltd stores, processes, and displays the data solely on the tenant's behalf. On termination, all tenant data is exported in a machine-readable format and the tenant's database partition is securely destroyed within 90 days.
3. Service-level commitment
We commit to 99.5% monthly uptime measured against the production environment, excluding scheduled-maintenance windows announced at least 72 hours in advance via the Status page. Service credits are published in the Master Service Agreement.
4. Prohibited content
- · Material that violates South African law.
- · Personal information processed without a lawful basis under POPIA.
- · Malware, exploits, or content intended to compromise platform integrity.
- · Material that infringes a third party's intellectual property rights.
5. Limitation of liability
AuditProCore (Pty) Ltd's aggregate liability under these terms is limited to the fees paid by the tenant in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, save for liability arising from gross negligence or wilful misconduct.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the High Court of South Africa, Western Cape Division.
